The Recruitment and Onboarding team is responsible for coordinating and administering a structured recruitment and onboarding experience for internal clients and job applicants, ensuring a timely and professional approach. We extend our support to all non-academic clients for their recruitment and onboarding needs, including streamlining and enhancing existing processes related to specialized programs and high-volume recruitment. Going beyond conventional practices, we offer more than just screening, skills assessments, and interview scheduling. We actively collaborate with the People Partnership team to ensure legislative compliance and capitalize on opportunities that seamlessly align with the University's Decolonization, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (DEDI) strategies.
