Meet your coaches

Annamaria Furlan

Annamaria is a holistic coach with a background in psychology, fitness, and nutrition who helps clients build strength, confidence, and a deeper connection to their bodies. A Canfitpro Certified Personal Trainer Specialist since 2018, she is also a Mat Pilates Instructor, Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach, and holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Toronto.

Theo Popovic

Theo is a Personal Fitness Transformation Coach and Certified Personal Trainer who specializes in weight loss, bodybuilding, and cardiovascular fitness. He creates customized training plans that combine education, motivation, and accountability, working with clients one-on-one, in groups, and online.

Luca Dratwiczki

Luca is a science-driven trainer who integrates neuropsychology and fitness to help clients build strength, lose weight, and develop sustainable health habits.

Justin Thompson

Justin is a transformation coach who integrates psychology, exercise science, and personal experience to help clients achieve sustainable weight loss, performance gains, and lifestyle change.

Mario Zenteno Recinas

Mario is the Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Head Trainer, and Sales & Operations Lead at Glendon Athletic Club. With a background in psychology, neurology, and performance training, he creates evidence-based programs for athletes, neurodiverse individuals, and clients with chronic or neurological conditions.

Antigone (Tiggy) Tse

Tiggy is a Certified Athletic Therapist [CAT(C)] who combines rehab, injury prevention, and sport-specific performance with engaging and sustainable training. With experience in competitive sports such as gymnastics, martial arts, dance, soccer, volleyball, and wrestling, she designs programs that build mobility, flexibility, strength, and resilience.
