The Academic Services office is open Monday to Friday. You can see an academic advisor either by appointment or drop-in, and you can meet with our degree auditor by appointment. The fastest way to reach us is to send us an email, or to drop by our counter for a chat.

General Inquiries:
Monday - Thursday 10:00am - 12:30pm, 1:30pm - 4:00pm
Friday: 10:00am - 12:30pm
Drop in Advising:
From September 1 to 18, drop-ins will occur as follows:
- Monday Aug 31: Zoom from 1:30pm to 3:30pm
- Monday Sept 7: CLOSED
- Monday Sept 14: In person 10am to 12pm and 1:30pm to 3:30pm
- Tuesdays and Thursdays: in-person from 10am to 12pm and 1:30pm to 3:30pm
- Wednesdays: on Zoom at this link and in-person from 10am to 12pm and 1:30pm to
- priority will be given to Zoom
- Fridays: on Zoom at this link and in-person from 10am to 12pm
- priority will be given to Zoom
- CLOSED in the afternoons
