Meet your coaches

Mario Zenteno Recinas

Mario is the Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Head Trainer, and Sales & Operations Lead at Glendon Athletic Club. With a background in psychology, neurology, and performance training, he creates evidence-based programs for athletes, neurodiverse individuals, and clients with chronic or neurological conditions.

Antigone (Tiggy) Tse

Tiggy is a Certified Athletic Therapist [CAT(C)] who combines rehab, injury prevention, and sport-specific performance with engaging and sustainable training. With experience in competitive sports such as gymnastics, martial arts, dance, soccer, volleyball, and wrestling, she designs programs that build mobility, flexibility, strength, and resilience.

Jonah MihevC

Jonah completed his Honours BSc in Kinesiology at the University of Waterloo with a rehabilitation specialization and has academic experience in concussion research and neurological conditions. He is also a competitive endurance athlete, having completed his first Olympic distance triathlon in 2025 and currently preparing for the Muskoka Ironman 70.3

Annamaria Furlan

Annamaria is a holistic coach with a background in psychology, fitness, and nutrition who helps clients build strength, confidence, and a deeper connection to their bodies. A Canfitpro Certified Personal Trainer Specialist since 2018, she is also a Mat Pilates Instructor, Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach, and holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Toronto.

Kelly Barrington

Empowering people through sport and fitness is a passion of mine. Whether it is achieving functional fitness goals for active adults, teaching women to run well, or encouraging self-care through yoga, my aim is to help you become the best version of yourself. Let's celebrate what your body can do! 

fun fact: I have completed the Toronto, Chicago and Boston Marathons. As well as, Ironman Mont Tremblant (twice), and three Ultramarathons. Besides fitness, I love camping, being on the water and playing frisbee.

Andre

With over 26 years of experience in fitness, conditioning, and coaching, Andre brings a unique background that combines personal training, yoga, tactical conditioning, and high-performance discipline. He previously served in the British Army and later worked internationally with United Nations agencies. Throughout his career, he has helped people improve their fitness, strength, endurance, and overall health.

His specialties include Personal Training, MMA Conditioning, Tactical Conditioning, and Hatha/Vinyasa Yoga. Whether your goal is improving strength, mobility, cardiovascular fitness, weight loss, or overall wellness, Andre brings a calm, structured, and highly supportive coaching style to every session.
