Diplomas

Master of Science students entering the Neuroscience area may apply to the Neuroscience Graduate Diploma. This interdisciplinary program provides additional specialized training on the function of the nervous system, ranging from the molecular level up to neural systems and behaviour, through coursework and a seminar series. Interested students should consult with their prospective supervisor for further information.

Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) students within the neuroscience area have the option of applying for the Neuroscience Graduate Diploma. This program provides additional specialized training on the function of the nervous system, ranging from the molecular level up to neural systems and behaviour, through selected courses and a seminar series.

Students in the Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) program within the health psychology area have the option of applying for the Health Psychology Doctoral Diploma Program. Health psychology research at York University spans a broad range of topics across the human lifespan, including cancer care, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, eating disorders, HIV/AIDS, pain, stress and coping.
