In the Course
- Course Outline: Your go-to source for course info. Find requirements, assignments, evaluations, and more in the Course Outline on eClass or contact your Course Director/Instructor.
- Course Director/Instructor: Get support during office hours or by appointment. Search York Atlas for contact info (usually in the course outline).
- Teaching Assistant (TA): Connect with TAs for help with course material, assignments, labs, and activities. Contact info is in the Course Outline.
- Course Representative: Share your ideas to improve the in-class experience and join study groups. Course reps are liaisons with your Course Director/Instructor. They also host study sessions and make weekly announcements.

In the Unit/Program (Department or School)
- Unit/Program Website: Find important information on your school or department's website. Go to the Faculty of Health website and locate your program in the ‘Programs’ dropdown menu for links to the program website or degree requirements.
- Department/School Advisor: Email the undergraduate department/school office for information on policies, petitions, deadlines, and more. The Undergraduate Program Assistant and the Undergraduate Program Director or Coordinator can help with prerequisites, enrolment, GPA, program policies, and petitions. - GPA Requirements (Honours): All students need to maintain a certain GPA to continue in their program. This is crucial. Use this link to calculate your GPA. If the required GPA is not maintained, you may need to transfer to another program.
In the Faculty of Health
- Office of Student Academic Services (OSAS): Connect with an Academic Advisor for questions about degree requirements, course policies, important dates and drop deadlines, resources, and options for success.
- Academic Petitions: Liaise with the Petitions Coordinator for matters relating to academic petitions, such as course withdrawal, late enrollment, and course overload.
- Academic Resources: Access information on Degree Progress Report, GPA calculation, and General Education requirements.
- Academic Honesty: Familiarize yourself with York University Senate-approved Academic Conduct Policy and Procedures. Complete the Academic Integrity Tutorial and Quiz, and watch animation videos for a better understanding. Attend the virtual York Academic Integrity workshop: York Academic Integrity Workshop.
- Program Change: Submit an application to change your major/academic program by the posted deadline.
- Manage My Academic Record: Submit an application to change your major/academic program or access your Degree Progress Report and additional resources.

- Peer Tutoring: Reach out to a Peer Tutor for help with difficult course material. They won't complete your assignments but will help you understand challenging concepts. Peer Tutors are available for free one-on-one tutoring sessions for courses in GH, HLST, KINE, NURS, and PSYC.

- Peer-Assisted Study Sessions (P.A.S.S): Attend a P.A.S.S. session to build your knowledge and acquire learning skills in a group setting.
