York and OHFA reach negotiated collective agreement
The University is pleased to announce that in collaboration with the Osgoode Hall Faculty Association a three-year renewal collective agreement has now been negotiated and ratified.
This agreement was reached following nine productive meetings during which the parties were able to resolve all outstanding issues through direct negotiations and without the assistance of the Ministry of Labour or any other third party.
The University appreciates the constructive efforts of both bargaining teams in achieving this outcome.
