YCAR is pleased to support the launch of the Tessellate Institute's Neglected Voices Curriculum Pack.  Based on the stories of Muslim youth, the curriculum pack is designed as a resource for teachers to tackle subjects relating to marginalization, discrimination, and alienation.  The curriculum pack is based on four short films of Canadian Muslim youth speaking about their experiences and perceptions of discrimination as well as their strategies of resistance.  It includes in class and summative activities as well as rubrics for a range of subjects for grades 7 to 12.  The curriculim pack is available for download in PDF format at http://tessellateinstitute.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/06/Neglected-Voices-Curriculum-Pack-June-2016-TTI.pdf
