Project Content:
The financial services sector undergoes continuous transformation due to new technological advancements. In recent years, this transformation has accelerated, marked by the influx of non-traditional entities into the industry. These disruptors redefine service standards, catering to an increasingly digitized clientele and challenging conventional practices. Technological innovations democratize financial services, lower service costs, enhance user experience, and revolutionize digital payment systems.

This project will analyze emerging trends in financial services, particularly focusing on digital assets and their impact on traditional services, gearing the industry towards the third industrial revolution driven by technology. Students will explore financial technology, cryptocurrencies, and artificial intelligence applications, assessing challenges faced by traditional providers in adapting service delivery. The final presentation and recommendation will help guide RBC towards leveraging these technologies to attract the current generation of clients.
