In today's automotive landscape, Electric Vehicles (EVs) have emerged as compelling alternatives to traditional combustion engine vehicles. This project aims to aid Vinfast, a prominent Vietnamese car manufacturer, in navigating EV infrastructure complexities while championing sustainability, environmental stewardship, and societal well-being within the automotive industry.
Participants will develop strategic recommendations to guide Vinfast in establishing best practices for EV infrastructure. They will also craft an implementation plan with short-term, medium-term, and long-term activities. As they embark on this journey, they will unravel the diverse landscape of data types and their pivotal role in decision-making processes. From identifying and evaluating key trends shaping the future of mobility to understanding the application of advanced analytics and AI in shaping this trajectory, they will gain an understanding of the forces driving change in the automotive sector. This project equips participants with practical skills to apply analytical methodologies and extracting valuable insights from mobility data to inform strategic decision-making.
