Service Advisory

 

Please share the following information with your teams.

 

We acknowledge receiving various reports that printing was not available during the day, for print queues supported by UIT.

 

We have determined the root cause to be the September cumulative update from Microsoft.

 

Printing issues have now been resolved.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and thank you for your understanding.
