Description
There are a variety of online financial applications which are available for use by authorized faculty and staff. These include PeopleSoft Financials and the Budget module.
The new Budget module assists planners and administrators in the preparation and input of their budgets. The system allows you to submit your budgets for one or more cost centres to which you are authorized, and is linked directly with eReports so that the amounts submitted are immediately displayed.
How do I get it?
- These applications are restricted to authorized faculty and staff.
- Submit a service request, which includes your employee number, Passport York username and the cost centres to which you need access, together with departmental approvals
- Access to the Financial applications requires a valid Passport York username and password
