Faculty and staff who log in to Passport York will be prompted to create security questions which can be used to reset a forgotten Passport York password.
After you log in to Passport York, you will be prompted with the following message:
"You have not yet set your security questions so that you can reset your password if you forget it. Would you like to set them up now?"
Click "Ok"
At the following screen select questions from the dropdown menus and type the answer in the field below. When you have completed answering the required questions click "Set Questions"
In future you will be able to answer these questions to reset a forgotten password.
You can set up your security questions now or change them in the future at Passport York Security Questions.
Note: Passport York Security Questions feature does not apply to clients with advanced access level (SIS, Firewall, technical staff member, etc.).
