Cancellation and Refund Policy
Requests for cancellation and refund must be submitted in writing to bpm2026@yorku.ca and are subject to the following schedule:
- Received by August 28, 2026: Refunds will be processed according to Eventbrite’s policy*.
- Received after August 28, 2026: No refund will be issued, and the registrant will remain responsible for the full conference registration fee
- No-shows: No refund will be issued
*The conference uses the services of Eventbrite for registration and payment processing. Eventbrite service and payment-processing fees are generally non-refundable and will be deducted from the refunded amount in accordance with Eventbrite’s policies. These third-party fees consist of a service fee of 3.5% of the ticket price plus CAD $1.29 per ticket, and a 2.9% payment-processing fee, for a total of approximately 6.5%–7.8% of the ticket price, depending on the ticket type. BPM 2026 does not receive or retain any portion of these fees.
