Find monthly deadlines and other important Financial and Academic information below.

   Make sure you’ve got all the important Fall/Winter session dates and deadlines marked down! 

   Check your student health plan coverage, opt-out options and deadlines 

         NOTE: You will see your health plan(s) charged to your online student account

Checking in: 

  • How are you doing in your courses? 
  • Did you pay your fees in full? 
  • Revisit your enrolment plan and budget

   Drop courses if needed 

   Update  your Fall/Winter government financial aid application 

   Check final Fall grades 

   Check your December bill to confirm the minimum payment due January 10th 

   Confirm the course refund deadlines (BEFORE your drop or change courses!) 

   Make sure you’ve got all the important Winter term dates/deadlines marked down!

   Book your enrolment planning appointment with an advisor  for February 

   Start planning for summer 

   Update your Fall/Winter government  financial aid application 

   Download your tuition tax form and submit your income tax return 

   Enrol in Summer courses and double-check your timetable 

   Apply for government financial aid for the Summer term 

   Start planning for next Fall/Winter 

   Fill out your Summer Student Financial Profile 

   Check your April bill to confirm the minimum payment due May 10th 

   Confirm Summer course refund deadlines 

   Make sure you’ve got all the important Summer term dates/deadlines marked down!

   Check your final Fall/Winter grades and academic decision 

   Enrol in courses and double-check your timetable 

   Apply for your Fall/Winter government financial aid and submit any required documents 

   Update your Summer government financial aid and/or Student Financial Profile apps 

   Review your budget (do you have enough resources for your upcoming year?) 

   Confirm Fall/Winter course fees 

   Check your final SU grades and academic decision 

  Check your August bill to confirm the minimum payment due September 10th

  Confirm the  course refund deadlines (BEFORE you drop or change courses!) 

  Submit  your Fall/Winter Student Financial Profile to be considered for awards.
