k2i academy works with K-12 school boards to co-design and co-deliver STEM programs integrated with Ontario curriculum. Curriculum connected learning in STEM skills including engineering design, computational thinking and coding, electronics, 3D design, Artificial Intelligence (AI), digital literacy. k2i programs focus on access and opportunity, reaching communities of need and achieving equitable outcomes for underrepresented students in STEM.

Science Explorations Summer Camp

Unleash the inner scientist in your child! Science Explorations Summer Day Camp immerses young minds in an exciting exploration of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) through hands-on, curriculum-aligned experiments. Designed and led by passionate and qualified instructors, including undergraduate/graduate science and engineering students, Teacher Candidates, Ontario Certified Teachers and high school Junior Instructors, our camps provide a fun and engaging learning environment.

CIFAL York Youth Camps

Serving families across the GTA, the CIFAL York Youth Camps is an immersive, hands-on technology and STEM day camp designed for curious kids from nine to 12 years old, and youth aged 13 to 18. Led by the United Nations-affiliated training centre CIFAL York, expert-led sessions by York University professors, interactive workshops and practical projects, participants gain foundational knowledge, develop critical thinking skills and explore potential career paths in the fields of artificial intelligence, virtual reality, drone technology, geographical information systems and programming

Spark Labs Program

Immerse yourself in a transformative educational experience with our Spark Lab Programs—a series of week-long sessions meticulously crafted for students in grades 9 to 12 seeking dynamic, hands-on exploration of science. Using experiment-based lab work, students explore physics, biology, and chemistry within our undergraduate student spaces. Escape the traditional classroom and join us on a journey of scientific discovery through experimentation.

Future Changemakers Summer Program

Hosted by the Faculty of Environmental & Urban Change at York University, the Future Changemakers Summer Program is the place to be for young minds ready to make a difference!  Are you a high school student starting Grade 10, 11 or 12 in September? Join us for a week of learning, growing, and fun. Our camp is packed with exciting activities, workshops, and guest speakers to inspire and empower the next generation of changemakers.

Las Nubes EcoCampus Summer Program

The Study Abroad Program at Las Nubes EcoCampus offers courses throughout the academic year, through which students are given an unprecedented opportunity to interact with and learn from the local rural Costa Rican communities through first-hand lessons on tropical ecology, sustainability, indigenous education, arts, health, and conservation.
