Please be advised that as of 11:00am. Friday January 12, 2018, the University has initiated a Weather Watch. The weather will be monitored through the afternoon and early evening. Should University Weather Emergency Procedures be adopted, this message will be updated immediately.

As of 5:30am. Friday December 22, 2017 the university remains open. All exams will proceed as scheduled. All members of the community are advised to travel safely and to allow extra time for their commute this morning.

A Weather Watch has been initiated as of 5pm. The weather will be monitored through the night. A decision with respect to university operations on Tuesday, 12 December will be made by 5:30am.

Message from Community Safety Department

On December 7th,  Toronto Police Service apprehended a non-community member at the Student Centre.  No injuries were reported. The individual had been previously issued trespass notice and is not permitted on York’s campuses. The circumstances at the Student Centre yesterday met a threshold for safety risk and this is why Toronto Police intervention was required. […]
