In our third instalment of the "Meet the TC Team" series, Katharina introduces three educational developer colleagues in the Teaching Commons: Matthew Dunleavy, Lisa Endersby, and Lianne Fisher. They tell us about how they discovered and got interested in the field of educational development. and describe the work they do together in the Teaching Commons' Students as Partners Program. Then, Lisa talks about her prior work in the Teaching Commons while Matthew reflects on what drew him to join the TC after leaving York. Lianne ponders on the invisible work that often takes place in the teaching and learning space within higher education.
