Accessible entry and seating; proximity to accessible washrooms, etc.
Catering
Allergies and other dietary restrictions.
Presentations
Participants with visual and/or hearing impairment may require an interpreter, note-taker, film sub-titles, etc.; consider using a microphone in a large room; read off slides in presentations.
