Service Advisory

Please share the following update with your teams.

To facilitate an upgrade of the PeopleSoft Finance system, maintenance is scheduled beginning Friday, December 2^nd 2022 at 1:00 p.m. to Monday, December 5^th 2022 at 7:00 p.m. which will impact service availability for both PeopleSoft Finance and eReports at different times.

PeopleSoft Financials (Dec 2^nd 2022 1:00 p.m. – Dec 5^th 2022 7:00 p.m.)

During the maintenance window, PeopleSoft Finance will not be accessible. As such, no transactions will be processed during the window (i.e. journals, purchase orders, vouchers, vendor payments).  You will also be unable to upload either your Forecast or Budget entries. Please note that you will be able to continue to use both SmartBuy and Concur as those systems will not be impacted.

eReports (Dec 4^th 2022 6:00 p.m. – Dec 5^th 2022 6:00 p.m.)

There will be no access to the Finance and/or Forecast & Budget reports during the maintenance window. Access to all other eReports (HR, Advancement, etc.) will continue to be available.
