Service Outage:

Remote Delivery component on the MyApps service (https://myapps.yorku.ca)

Time: 

First reported Thursday May 18, 2023 8:20 a.m.

Impact/Details:

-This service outage is specifically affecting the Remote Delivery component of the MyApps service.

-This means that classic SIS applications hosted on MyApps and other applications with the 'Launch Remote' option are failing to load.

-Other delivery services under MyApps are not affected.

We apologize for the inconvenience as we are working to restore the remote delivery service component.  Thank you for your time and continued understanding.
