Impact/Details:

• 1 of the 3 nodes servicing WebPrint went offline today starting at 3:26 p.m. and ending at 4:02 p.m.
• The remaining 2 nodes continued to service WebPrint without any outages
• Teams are investigating the root cause, as to why 1 of the service nodes went offline
