Service Advisory

Please share the following with your teams.

Service Maintenance:

MyApps

Scheduled Maintenance Window:

Start: Thursday February 22, 2024 5:30 a.m. [REVISED START TIME]

End: Thursday February 22, 2024 8:00 a.m.

Impact/Details:

MyApps will be offline.
UIT teams will complete database maintenance to improve service reliability.
UIT teams will set the minimum version of MyApps – AppsAnywhere and Cloudpaging clients to the latest vendor releases (dated December 2023).
When users login to MyApps after we set new minimum client versions,

Un-managed and personal owned computers:

Clients will automatically update themselves.
Users will be prompted to reboot after the client installation.

Managed computers

An early notice was sent on November 28^th to advise our Faculty IT partners to deploy the latest client versions during the Winter break. Please complete before February 22^ndif it was missed.
