Per Windows 10 Enterprise and Education - Microsoft Lifecycle | Microsoft Learn, Windows 10 Education will reach end of support on October 14, 2025.

UIT teams are preparing to start supporting Windows 11 as of this summer. The project team will schedule a kick off meeting with our Faculty partners early April.

We will be communicating a series of preparation work before we start supporting Windows 11 as our standard operating system. Preparation work involves:

• Active Directory
• System Center Configuration Manager
• Patch Management
• Desktop Security Standards
