Impact/Details:

• We are currently experiencing a service outage on MyApps – Remote Delivery Service component for the general community.
• For example, applications will not start with the 'Launch remote' option:

• We are working with vendor support to fix the remote delivery service.
• The 'Launch' and 'Launch in-browser' options are not affected.
• MyApps – SIS community is not affected.
