RESOLVED: Unplanned server reboot causing an outage to some serversservices November 22, 2022 from 9:25 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. EDT

Service Advisory

 

Please share the following update with your technical teams.

This morning at 9:25 a.m., a production server was accidentally rebooted while performing planned maintenance on our fleet of servers. The servers\services listed below suffered an interruption that lasted approximately 3 minutes.  All services were restored by 9:30 a.m. Services set up for High Availability, such as domain controller, did NOT experience an outage as a single server outage does not result in a service outage.

 

If any of the servers\services listed below are not working, please let us know by contacting Client Services at askit@yorku.ca or 416 736 5800
