*The amount here, for which the full-time faculty member is responsible, represents the partial cost of the benefits that are provided to Graduate Assistants. Based on current experience this cost can be as high as approximately 10.8% but could also be less depending on the circumstances. This is subject to a future change such that full-time faculty members would be responsible for the full cost of benefits that are provided to Graduate Assistants. However, such a change would not occur part way through an employment contract between a full-time faculty member and the Graduate Assistant.
