We have created in house patentable alloys that can serve targeted industries such as aerospace and marine. True North Energy

True North Energy plans to empower Arctic sovereignty by severing the logistical tether that limits Canada's defence and development capabilities. Currently, powering land-based remote sensor networks relies on diesel, and transport costs can drive prices up to 20 times the market rate. We aim to provide the critical, autonomous infrastructure—a hybrid power system comprising sodium-ion batteries, methanol fuel cells, vertical solar panels, and wind turbines—that enables customers to deploy mission-critical sensors anywhere. We plan to replace fragile, expensive supply chains with persistent energy, developing a dual-use off-grid technology that ensures Canadian vigilance begins where the grid ends.

Transit Pay

Automated fare collection system for small and mid tier transit agencies to enable their riders to pay for fares as easy as buying a coffee at a drivethru. Transit agencies outside of the GHTA and Ottawa area don’t accept bank card on board transit. We’re trying to bring that gap.

THETA is a quantitative deep learning market intelligence platform that predicts stock movements using machine learning. Our proprietary ensemble model combines SIMDEC (high-recall detection) and FSL_NET (balanced precision) algorithms, achieving 98.5% recall on profitable opportunities with rigorous walk-forward validation. Unlike traditional trading tools relying on lagging technical indicators, THETA continuously analyzes 1.6M+ data points including FRED economic indicators, cross-asset correlations, and market regime detection. Our platform identifies sector rotation opportunities in real-time—demonstrated by today's successful "Gold Leading Silver" regime call that predicted gold outperformance hours before market confirmation.

Telebotics

Telebotics retrofits existing low-speed fleet vehicles (campus, parking enforcement, ports) with a teleoperation system and an AI safety “co-driver,” enabling safer remote operations and scalable automation without purchasing new vehicles. Our approach reduces deployment risk by pairing human-in-the-loop control with automated safety interventions and fail-safe behavior. We are TRL-7, built our first prototype with non-dilutive support (including SmartTO), and are preparing for paid pilots and early commercial deployments. We are joining YSpace to accelerate customer validation, pilot execution, and repeatable go-to-market.
