SeatLock Inc.

SeatLock is an app that acts as an escrow platform service, providing a secure channel for consumers who attend live entertainment events to safely transfer tickets in a peer-to-peer manner. Consumers who use the tertiary market to buy sold-out or more affordable resale tickets are often faced with fraud and a lack of security when doing so. Our service allows two individuals to connect and conduct a transfer, all while holding the money securely in escrow until the tickets are verified and delivered, protecting both parties involved and allowing them to each receive their end of the deal.

REDI

REDI is a document intelligence system that analyzes commercial real estate documents across deals and portfolios.
It is used by brokers, transaction teams, owners, and corporate real estate groups. Today, critical information about risk, flexibility, and obligations exists only inside leases and agreements and cannot be evaluated at scale. REDI converts those documents into structured data and insights, allowing organizations to identify constraints, risk concentration, and negotiation leverage that are not visible through people, spreadsheets, or existing real estate systems. This enables more consistent decisions, earlier risk identification, and better portfolio control.

Today’s robotaxis focus on navigation, not human safety. We add a portable, multi-device safety envelope that works across phones, smartwatches, and accessibility tools, detecting distress, panic, medical anomalies, and unsafe behavior, and connecting riders to human operators when needed. Our system transforms AVs from purely automated machines into human-aware mobility spaces, enabling safer, more trusted adoption of autonomous transportation for everyone.
