New Digital Storytelling: Student Experience of Professional Socialization

Description

This project is geared at developing a toolkit that will house digital narratives from nursing and social work students.  The students will design their digital narrative or story about socialization into the profession guided by Schlossberg’s Transition Theory.  Students will use multimedia and go pro cameras to portray their transformational learning experiences on campus or professional context and embed into the digital narrative or story.  The stories can be accessed  and used as a means to maximize experiential education among professional programs.
