Digital Humanities and Social Sciences (DHSS) for Teaching & Learning

Description

This project is a unique collaboration between several ORUs, YU Libraries and the Office of the Vice Provost Academic that builds capacity among faculty in digital humanities and social sciences to support teaching and learning. The project will work with faculty, initially in select Humanities and Social Science courses, to develop a Guide for Instructors to incorporate digital content into their courses and support the acquisition of digitization skills/competencies among their students. Specifically, the project will have two phases:

1) digitization of existing original documents/artefacts;

2) creation of a Guide for Instructors along with modules and training workshops.
