Understanding Academic Integrity Instruction at York: A First Step to Developing Meaningful Interventions for Students

Description

This project aims to bring more clarity and understanding of the types of academic integrity instruction currently taking place across York. As the first part of a multi-phase project, this stage first involves compiling and analyzing academic integrity curricular and co-curricular instruction, resources, and supports.

Secondly, the project will engage students across disciplines through focus group discussions. When it comes to academic integrity, students are the most important stakeholders, and these discussions will help inform the development of interventions that are timely, inclusive, and relevant to student needs and their real-world contexts.
