About Capstone Day
Capstone Day is an annual showcase, at which students from any Faculty at York can present their completed capstone and pre-capstone projects and compete for awards. This is a great opportunity for students to showcase their project experience and develop professional skills to enhance their career-readiness.
This event brings project partners and mentors together with the entire York community to celebrate the innovation, creativity, ambition, and impact of our students working on SDG-related projects.

Highlights of York Capstone Day include:
Projects from the following courses: C4 Cross-Campus Capstone Classroom projects, Civil Engineering Capstone Design Projects, Designing for Human Interactions projects, and Mechanical Engineering Professionalism and Society Projects.
10:00am: Event opens
12 noon to 1:00pm: Booths will remain open however not all presenters may be available
3:00pm: Booth exhibition concludes
3:30pm: Awards ceremony
