Project Summary
Glendon Cooking Club is a student-led cooking initiative promoting students' right to adequate food and democratic participation in food provision at Glendon. We believe that accessing healthy, culturally appropriate, and affordable food should be a fundamental right for all students at Glendon. Ignited by the passion for cooking our own food on campus, Glendon Cooking Club opens up a space where students can have conversations about how food is produced, processed and distributed. Glendon Cooking Club makes food a starting point for the transformation of Glendon Campus into a more sustainable space and place.
