Our expert-led lectures, case studies, and hands-on exercises will provide you with a comprehensive yet less-technical approach to cybersecurity education.

During the course, we'll cover four key sessions. In session 1, we'll introduce you to the fundamental elements of an efficient cybersecurity program, including how to build a business case for cybersecurity. We'll teach you how to make your cybersecurity program a business enabler rather than a business inhibitor, and how to prioritize cybersecurity risks for effective investment. We'll also explore how to find the balance between the rights of customers and employees with company development and cybersecurity.

In session 2, we'll focus on cybersecurity governance and regulatory compliance. You'll learn about the role of executives and board members in cybersecurity governance, and how to comply with relevant regulations. We'll teach you how to assess and manage the legal, financial, and reputational impact of cybersecurity breaches, and how to establish metrics, baselines, and dashboards for your cybersecurity program.

Session 3 will cover cybersecurity operations and incident response. We'll explore how to build a security-based culture and understand the functions of security operations centers (SOCs). You'll also learn about incident response planning and managing your liabilities to ensure you're ready for the worst. Finally, we'll cover the importance of cyber insurance and how to protect your business.

In session 4, we'll help you navigate tough choices and make decisions for your cybersecurity program. We'll teach you how to manage the aftermath of a cybersecurity breach and develop a crisis management plan. We'll also cover the decision-making process for hiring and firing a CISO and best practices for publicizing cybersecurity incidents. Finally, we'll explore the dos and don'ts of outsourcing your cybersecurity.

Overall, this 1-day course is ideal for C-Suite executives and decision makers who want to protect their organization's growth with a solid cybersecurity program. By the end of the course, you'll have a comprehensive understanding of cybersecurity and risk management, governance and regulatory compliance, cybersecurity operations and incident response, and tough choices and decision-making.
