Ankit Singh is a researcher working at the intersection of Digital Public Infrastructure, consumer culture, and health communication, with a particular interest in how technology reshapes the everyday decisions and behaviours of citizens. Whether analyzing the uptake of digital payments, health-tracking apps, or government-supported telemedicine systems, he focuses on how communication design, user experience, and social meaning shape people’s willingness to participate in digital ecosystems, and improve the clarity, accessibility, and credibility of public health messaging—particularly in settings where misinformation, unequal access, or resource constraints make traditional communication channels insufficient.
