The York University brand architecture reflects a master-brand strategy. It defines the organizational structure of and relationships between the University’s entities, including Faculties and departments, and how they relate to the larger institution.
In consultation with our community, we completed a comprehensive, multi-year brand exercise with multiple stakeholders to clearly capture what is unique about York and to identify ways to deliver on our promise to students.
Our brand is at the heart of all communications at York. With it, we can build a shared sense of identity and purpose with our key audiences. We can demonstrate that this is a leading international teaching and research university and a driving force for positive change.
