The Humanitarian Water Engineering Intensive Course returns this fall. This 12 week virtual course will run from September 6th to December 6th, covering the design and operation of water supply systems in humanitarian response.
The course will offer participants an opportunity to gain essential knowledge and skills on safe water supply in humanitarian emergencies. The course covers the theoretical fundamentals of, and practical considerations for, the design and operation of water supply systems. Topics range from the chemistry and biology of water quality, to hydraulics, to cost efficiency, safety, accessibility, and public health.
