Welcome to the LA&PS Curriculum Toolkit. This page provides information resources for faculty proposing graduate and undergraduate curriculum in the Faculty of Liberal Arts & Professional Studies.
The deadline for submitting curriculum proposals effective Summer 2028 and the Fall-Winter 2028-29 Academic Year is June 1, 2027. The Committee on Curriculum, Curricular Policy and Standards (CCPS) and the Graduate Committee welcome proposal submission throughout the year. We prioritize review according to submission date.
Please use the Curriculum Management System (CMS) to submit undergraduate course proposals. The Machform platform for submitting undergraduate course proposals was discontinued on December 31, 2025.
