Requests to rent York University facilities are subject to availability of space. The University will also consider whether the request is feasible and meets security and insurance requirements. In addition, a profile assessment will be done to ensure your organization and event participants are consistent with the University’s mission, values and guiding principles.
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate all requests. Approval is likely to be granted if the organization and its membership have an accredited connection with the University.
