The online RSVP form is now closed. You can still enter the RSVP portal to access your tickets and RSVP confirmation.

If you didn't RSVP online before the deadline of June 3 you may register for the ceremony in person at the Box Office 90 minutes prior to your convocation start time. On site registration is subject to availability and is not guaranteed.

Grads can claim up to 2 guest tickets at the Box Office after paying their gown rental. The gown rental fee for this Spring is $60. It is your responsibility to give these tickets to your family and friends as they will each need a ticket to access the convocation pavilion.

A minimum of 3 guest tickets will be allocated to each graduand this spring. Please note that the graduand does not require a guest ticket to attend their convocation. The robe rental confirmation page acts as a student ticket to convocation.

Guest tickets will be sent to each graduand after the completion of the RSVP. Each guest requires a ticket to be admitted and each ticket has a barcode that is unique.

If you require additional tickets, please complete the Extra Ticket Request form which can be found on the RSVP confirmation page. Requests will be reviewed and decisions will be communicated no later than June 5.  A request does not guarantee that you will be granted extra tickets, so we recommend that you do not make plans until you have received a decision from the Convocation Office.

June graduates who have fulfilled all degree requirements will have their diploma mailed to their permanent address instead of receiving it at the convocation ceremony. Please ensure your permanent address, personal email and phone number are up to date by May 31, 2024.

For more information on what to expect, please visit the Diplomas website.
