All convocation ceremonies will take place at the York University Keele Campus. Below you will find detailed information on the location, parking, shuttle buses, guest seating, and more.
The June and October convocations will take place at the Convocation Pavilion, Sobeys Stadium, situated at 1 Shoreham Drive, on the west side of the York University Keele Campus.
The Kellogg-Schulich EMBA ceremony in October takes place in the Seymour Schulich Building on the York University Keele Campus.

Event Parking
Parking for guests attending Convocation will be available in the Founders Road West Lot at a discounted event rate of $10. Should guests decide to park in an alternate visitor lot, the standard hourly/daily fee will be required. Guests can walk 13-minutes to Sobeys Stadium or take the complimentary shuttle. Accessible Parking and Guest Drop-off
Accessible parking will be available for those with a valid medical placard, at the Shoreham Drive North Lot. There is a guest pick-up and drop-off loop located off of Shoreham Drive across from Sobeys Stadium.

Guests, students, and faculty can take the TTC Line 1 (Yonge-University) subway train to the Pioneer Village TTC Subway Station, which is a 9-minute walk to Sobeys Stadium.
Local transit busses also service the York University Keele Campus daily. Visit the Transportation Services website for more information.
Keele Campus Shuttle Service
Shuttle busses will run on a continuous loop during Convocation to transport guests between the Founders Road West Lot, Pioneer Village TTC Station, and Sobeys Stadium. Shuttle service begins 90-minutes before the first ceremony and ends one hour after the final ceremony and is subject to availability. Note that if the shuttle bus is full, it will continue to loop, picking up passengers the next time around.
The shuttle bus pick-up location by the parking lot is on Founders Road on the west side near the walkway. The pick-up location from Pioneer Village TTC Subway Station is on Howard Moscow Way on the south side.

Glendon-Keele Shuttle Service
Glendon-Keele Shuttle Service is available to all current students, staff and faculty that have a valid YU-card and will run on a summer schedule, as usual.

We want your convocation experience and the experience of your guests to be enjoyable. Below are some important details about seating:
- Please ensure your guests have their ticket ready upon arrival.
- Children under three (3) can share a seat with an accompanying adult and do not require a ticket.
- The Convocation Pavilion opens for seating approximately 90 minutes before each ceremony.
- Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis.
- If you or your guests require accessible seating, please inform us when you RSVP.
If you happen to lose any items at the Convocation grounds of Sobey's Stadium, rest assured that they will most likely be returned to York University lost and found.
