Each ticket is unique and will only admit one.
The Convocation Pavilion will be open for seating approximately 90 minutes prior to each ceremony. There is no reserved seating and seats are taken on a first-come, first-served basis.
Accessible seating is available upon request; graduands are required to note the special seating requirements of their guests when submitting their RSVP.
Graduates and their guests are invited and encouraged to attend their Faculty reception. The exact location of Faculty receptions will be in the convocation program.
Any items found on the convocation grounds at the Sobeys Stadium will be returned to the York University lost and found. These items will be available for pick up one week after the completion of the last ceremony. For more information on lost and found items, please click here.
