Glendon Supplementary Applications

Supplementary applications are a key part of the admissions process, allowing you to demonstrate your abilities and suitability for the program.

A Bilingual Supplementary Application is an essential part of your admissions requirement for the iBA/BBA dual degree program. As the dual degree program is bilingual; the Supplementary Application will help the committee assess your language abilities.

You will be required to submit all the following:

  • A one-minute video in response to a question in English.
  • A one-minute video in response to a question in French.
  • A written response (250 words) to a question in English.
  • A written response (250 words) to a question in French.

A Supplementary Application is an essential part of your admissions requirement for the Bachelor of Education Program. This application will help the committee assess your communication skills, teaching potential, and bilingual abilities, all critical for success in a diverse, bilingual classroom setting.

Your B.Ed (French) supplementary application requires five components:

  • An experience summary and profile
  • A personal statement
  • Two online letters of reference
  • An online French language assessment
  • A $50 processing fee.

Application notes:

  • Applicants do not need to apply to both YYI and YGJ.
  • Applicants do not need to apply to YGF (French Studies) separately, they can select French Studies under their B.Ed code on OUAC.
  • Glendon early consideration deadline: March 1.
  • Standard consideration deadline: April 1.

As part of the YGJ application, students should expect to complete a French placement test, which they will gain access to in mid-February.

The Schulich School of Business and Glendon Campus have partnered to offer a linked, direct-entry program that allows high achieving students to acquire four years of specialized knowledge in any of Glendon’s degree programs (except for business) and then grow their business expertise with Schulich’s one-year Master of Management.

Application notes:

To be eligible for the Pathway to the Master of Management, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Direct entry from high school
  • Minimum 85% average
  • Meet language proficiency requirements
  • Apply and be admitted to one of Glendon’s degree programs (excluding any business program) on the Ontario University Application Centre’s 101 Application
  • Complete the online Supplementary Application by April 3rd 2025.
