Provostial White Paper
In 2009, the Provost started a ten-year strategic planning process with faculty, staff and students from across the University. As a result of this exercise, a Provostial White Paper was produced and endorsed by the University's Senate. The paper sets out priorities for academic quality, the student experience, and community engagement, along with benchmarks to help measure progress made on the goals. The priorities in this paper guide academic planning, including the University Academic Plan and other Faculty plans.

The Future of York University Green Paper
An Enrollment Working Group developed a paper that looks at how the University is likely to develop in the coming decades. This work examines strategies that guide growth and diversification for the University. It also lays out a set of assumptions that guide academic, physical and other planning at the University.
