All convocation ceremonies will take place at York University. Below you will find specific information on the location, parking and shuttle bus, as well as information on seating and the reception.
All ceremonies, except Kellogg-Schulich Executive MBA, take place at the Convocation Pavilion located at the Aviva Centre, 1 Shoreham Drive, York University - Keele campus.
The October 21 Kellogg-Schulich Executive MBA ceremony takes place at the McEwen Auditorium, Seymour Schulich Building, York University - Keele campus.
The main convocation parking lot is the Founders Road East lot with a shuttle bus available to take guests to the Aviva Centre.
Accessible parking will be available, for those with a valid accessible parking permit, at the Shoreham Drive North parking lot.

Each convocation ceremony guest must present a valid ticket in order to enter the convocation grounds. Children under the age of three (3) do not require a guest ticket, provided they are accompanied by an adult and will share that person's seat, i.e. sit on their lap. Each ticket is unique and will only admit one. For more information on tickets, click here.
The Convocation Pavilion will be open for seating approximately two hours prior to each ceremony. There is no reserved seating and seats are taken on a first-come, first-served basis.
Accessible seating is available upon request; graduands are required to note the special seating requirements of their guests when submitting their RSVP.
Graduates and their guests are invited and encouraged to attend their Faculty reception. The exact location of Faculty receptions will be in the convocation program.
