Completing the RSVP form will let the University know you are attending your ceremony and will ensure your robe rental is arranged. When you RSVP, you will also be provided with guest tickets to your convocation ceremony.

Invitations are expected to be sent 4 to 6 weeks prior to your ceremony and will continue to be sent on an ongoing basis as graduates become eligible.

A minimum of 3 guest tickets will be allocated to each graduand this spring. Please note that the graduand does not require a guest ticket to attend their convocation. The robe rental confirmation page acts as a student ticket to convocation.

Guest tickets will be sent to each graduand after the completion of the RSVP. Each guest requires a ticket to be admitted and each ticket has a barcode that is unique.

Please note: Convocation and related events are Webcast live, videotaped, photographed and recorded. Your use of a ticket to Convocation confirms your willingness to appear in Webcasts, videotapes, photographs and recordings, and releases York University from all liability in connection therewith.
