C4 Participating Courses and Department Contacts

Below is a list of courses that are offered in conjunction with C4, along with key contacts for each department. Since C4 does not yet have its own course number, students must register for credit in a course within their major or outside of it, as an elective, to access the C4 classroom. For inquiries related to any of the courses listed below, please reach out to the respective department contact. If you cannot find a course from your major program of study, please email C4Class@yorku.ca and we can help.

Looking for the Catalogue Number (CAT#) for Your Gateway Course?

You can find your course’s CAT# on the York University Registrar’s website by following these steps:

  1. Visit My Online Services – Manage My Enrolment & Courses.
  2. Click Class Schedule View to access the Search Course Timetables page.
  3. In the left-hand menu, select Subject.
  4. Choose your desired Session and Subject.

Your course’s CAT# will be displayed in the search results.

Be sure to select the correct session and subject to find the CAT# for your specific Gateway course!
