We offer event spaces, meeting rooms, seminar rooms, lecture halls, and outdoor spaces to host meetings large and small. We have a variety of caterers, state-of-the-art audio-visual capabilities, and experienced event planning professionals to make your next meeting a success.

Campus Amenities

Situated on 500 acres of natural landscapes and modern facilities, our Keele campus offers clients over 200 classrooms. Book our catering services or allow your guests to enjoy one of the more than 30 dining options on campus.

Convenient location

York University's Keele campus is centrally located in the Greater Toronto Area. We're easily accessible by car or public transit; our campus boasts two TTC subway stations and is a short drive away from Highways 400, 401 and 407 as well as Pearson International Airport.

Frequently Asked Questions

We have a wide range of venue sizes and styles: classrooms, seminar rooms, assembly halls, meeting rooms, and lecture halls. Visit our Venues gallery for sample images of just a few of the many spaces on our Keele campus!

We rent meeting rooms year-round, but the majority of our availability occurs from May through August when fewer classes are in session on campus. From September through April our availability is best in the evening or on weekends.
