Joining the Dahdaleh Institute as a research assistant, Yeonjoo is a recent graduate from York University with a Bachelor of Arts in Global Health with Honours Specialization in Policy, Management and Systems. She has a special interest in addressing the health inequities of women, children and adolescents through local and global health lenses. She is also hoping to work towards creating better access to good quality healthcare in low-income communities focusing on social, economic and political aspects of health.
