How to Order
York University community members requiring these services must contact Construction Project Development, Facilities Services.
- For projects where the estimated commissioning fee is under $25,000 CAD, obtain one (1) or more quotes from the VORs.
- For projects where the estimated commissioning fee is from $25,000 CAD up to $100,000 CAD, obtain three (3) quotes from all three (3) VORs.
- For projects where the estimated commissioning fee is from $100,000 CAD up to $200,000 CAD, submit a Competitive Bid Request form to Strategic Procurement Services. Strategic Procurement Services will facilitate the 2nd stage quote process to select a vendor.
